Cancellation and Refund Policy

Before a written agreement

You may cancel an estimate request at any time before entering into a written agreement, at no cost. Simply let us know.

After signing an agreement

Cancellation rights after a written agreement is signed depend on the terms of that agreement and on applicable law. Deposits are handled according to the signed agreement.

Costs that may not be refundable

Amounts already applied to legitimate project costs may not be refundable where legally permitted and disclosed in the agreement. These can include:

• Ordered materials and custom or specially fabricated items
• Labor already completed
• Permit costs, where applicable
• Payment-processing expenses
• Mobilization and other approved project costs

Custom-ordered and specially fabricated materials may be nonreturnable.

How refunds are determined

Any refundable balance is calculated after legitimate project costs and contractual obligations are reviewed. When a refund is approved, it is normally returned through the original payment method when possible.

Refund timing

Refund timing can depend on the payment provider and your financial institution. We will not commit to an inflexible refund-processing deadline that we cannot consistently meet; instead we will process approved refunds promptly and keep you informed.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
