Payment Policy
This policy explains how payments work at REMODELIX LLC, both for products purchased through our online shop and for project-based home improvement services.

Two ways you pay us
We offer two kinds of purchases. You can buy materials and products directly through our online shop and pay by card at checkout. Separately, our home improvement work is quoted and paid on a project basis under a written agreement.
Online product purchases
Products in our shop have listed prices. When you check out, card payments are processed securely by our authorized third-party payment provider on their secure checkout page. We do not see or store your full card number. The amount shown at checkout includes the item price and any applicable shipping and taxes.
Project-based services
Website estimate requests are not orders or binding contracts. Pricing for services depends on the approved scope, project conditions, materials, labor, scheduling, and other terms set out in a written estimate or project agreement.
- A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work is scheduled.
- Progress payments may be required for larger projects.
- Final payment may be due according to the terms of the written agreement.
- Applicable taxes and any additional approved work may affect the final amount.
- Additional work requires your authorization through a documented change order.
Accepted payment methods
For online product purchases, we accept major credit and debit cards through our authorized payment provider. For project-based services, accepted payment methods are identified on your invoice or agreement.
Protecting your payment information
For your security, please do not send card numbers by ordinary email, text message, or the website's general estimate form. Enter card details only on the secure checkout page of the authorized payment provider.
Failed, reversed, or disputed payments
Failed, reversed, or disputed payments may delay an order or the scheduling of work, subject to any written agreement and applicable law.
The written agreement controls for projects
For project-based services, nothing on this website replaces your signed project agreement. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement controls.
