Product Returns and Refunds Policy

Return window

You may request a return of most products within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with all included parts, hardware, and documentation.

How to start a return

Before sending anything back, contact us at orders@remodelix.net with your order details. We will confirm that the item is eligible and provide return instructions.

Return shipping and fees

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Items that cannot be returned (final sale)

Because of how they are sourced and handled, the following are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom-ordered or specially fabricated items
• Heavy or oversized items delivered locally, such as vanities, cabinets, and kitchen islands
• Tile cases that have been opened or partially used

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Issues that are our responsibility are corrected at no cost to you, including replacement or return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we issue an approved refund for the item price to your original payment method. The time for the refund to appear depends on your card issuer.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us promptly. Orders that have not yet shipped or been scheduled for local delivery can usually be canceled for a full refund.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
