Shipping and Delivery Policy

Where we ship

We ship smaller, parcel-friendly products to addresses within the United States using USPS with tracking. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order processing

Most orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Some items are ordered from our supplier to fulfill your purchase and may require additional handling time. If we expect a significant delay, we will contact you.

Shipping cost

• Flat shipping of $14.99 per order on items that ship.
• Free shipping on orders over $400.
• Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates

After an order ships, delivery typically takes several business days depending on the destination and the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier conditions, weather, and supplier availability.

Tracking

When an item that ships leaves our hands, we email a USPS tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Heavy, oversized, and freight items

Larger items such as vanities, cabinets, kitchen islands, and cases of tile are not shipped by parcel. These are arranged as local pickup or local delivery within our service area and are scheduled with you directly. Availability of local delivery depends on your location.

Delivery address

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Damaged or lost shipments

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, or a tracked shipment appears lost in transit, contact us promptly (within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date) so we can help arrange a replacement or a claim.
